Xie Qianli, who graduated from Calligraphy and Seal Cutting major at Nanjing University of the Arts, has written and published seven copybooks. He is one of the first 23 people who passed the Professional Calligraphy Exam held by the Chinese Calligraphers Association. Xie is currently a member of the Jiangsu Calligraphy Association, a member of the China Pen Calligraphy Association, a member of the Creation Committee of the Jiangsu Pen Calligraphy Association, vice president of the Calligraphy and Painting Art Research Institute of the Chinese Yinglian Association, vice chairman of the Calligraphy Art Research Association, a member of the Chinese Poetry Society, and executive director of Jiangsu Chunhua Poets Society. He is the registered senior calligraphy teacher of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, the third-generation successor of Hongpai Chen-style Tai-chi, the artistic director of Nanjing Deran Culture and Art Co., Ltd., editor-in-chief of the official WeChat account “Journey of Calligraphy and Painting”, deputy secretary-general of the New Literature and Art Committee of Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association, deputy secretary-general of the International Communication Committee of the China Association for Trade in Services, senior researcher of Beijing Xinhai Academy of Culture and Art, visiting professor of the Institute of Educational Standardization in China Academy of Management Sciences, vice president of Lianyungang Flower-Bird Painting Research Association, a member of the Zhuangyuanfu of the Liandu Konggu Poetry Society.
