贾玉柳，1997年开始学习书法、山水画，多是自己学、自己写字。2001年开始参加活动，高级研究员，2009年3月27日获得专业技术人才知识更新工程培训结业证书，全国企业管理干部高级研修班培训，完成规定课程学习共计36学时。2017年10月20日参加北京文化部文化艺术人才中心“一带一路”高级美术人才主题研修班学习期满。经考核成绩合格，获得毕业证书、书法高级证书、美术高级证书。中国国家人才网专业人才库美术高级入库专家， 2011年12月3日中国高级公务员培训中心，中国国家人事人才培训网培训合格毕业证书，国际职业经理人。2014年12月北京南润阁文化艺术交流中心鉴于个人作品在艺术上的独具匠心，体现了现时期民族伟大文化艺术风貌，荣获“最贵国宝艺术家”荣获称号，个人作被评为国宝艺术“贾玉柳”珍品。

Jia Yuliu, began teaching himself calligraphy and landscape painting in 1997 and attending certain events in 2001, a senior research fellow, obtained the completion certificate of knowledge renewal engineering training for skilled professionals on Mar. 27, 2009, received training in the senior seminar for national business management cadres, with the learning duration of 36 class hours as prescribed, took part in "The B&R Initiative" senior art talent theme seminar of the Culture and Arts Talent Center of the Ministry of Culture in Beijing on Oct. 20, 2017, passed the examination and obtained the diploma, the senior certificate in calligraphy and the senior certificate in fine arts, senior art expert of TESOL professional talent pool of www.newjobs.com.cn, trained by Senior Civil Service Training Center of China and the China Human Resources Training on Dec. 3, 2011, qualified and granted the diploma, international professional manager, and awarded the title of "the most valuable national gift artist", with individual works rated as the collection of "Jia Yuliu" of national gift art by Beijing Nanrunge Culture and Art Exchange Center in Dec. 2014 owing to their artistic originality and the great cultural and artistic style of the nation in the current period reflected by them.
